　　Responsibilities

　　Utilizing documentation, selects appropriate tooling, gauging and supplies to prepare the cell for production

　　Performs machine setup and tool change

　　Operates equipment efficiently, monitoring machine performance and workpiece quality to ensure specifications and production rates are being met.

　　Performs quality checks as specified per workpiece to ensure proper tolerances are held

　　Prepares cell performance documentation reports/checklists

　　Cleans and packages workpieces for effective material handling

　　May operate material handling equipment as needed to deliver stock to cell or stage completed product for shipment

　　Communicates with others in the department to ensure the smooth flow of work

　　Maintains a clean working environment through machine cleaning, tool organization, chip clearing, cutting oil maintenance, etc.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
