  Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Full Time Direct Hire HR Coordinator position in our Monroe, NJ * Facility* .

  A self-motivated contributor who can partner with the business and HR to help optimize and improve an employee experience that is consistent with Our Winning Formula and the framework of our core business values and objectives. The Employee Experience Ambassador will execute an onsite multi-faceted workforce experience that includes onboarding, life-cycle engagement, and two-way communication to drive experience and retention.

   

  HR Coordinator

  Support for 2nd and 3rd shift

  Schedule: Sunday -Thursday

  3:30pm-12am

  Salary: $30.00/hour

  You will:

  Manage the overall Implementation of the Onboarding Experience for all new employees and contingent workers including Supervisors and Managers

  Work with the Talent Acquisition Team and Agencies to coordinate new hire start dates

  Create and maintain list of new hires start date to plan onboarding sessions

  Coordinate on-the-job training requirements and ongoing activities that will assist in acclimating the employee to the organization

  Facilitate orientation sessions for all employees.

  Support workforce-focused programs, including recognition, appreciation, charitable community events, and activities that involve family.

  Implement the relevant on-site workforce communication strategy, including digital and physical messaging and signage, cards, and SMS communications

  Provide support to employees with translation challenges via translated materials or engage on-site interpreters

  Be a trusted local EX resource for the workforce.

  Track metrics of all employee experience activities (retention, recognition and appreciation activities et,).

  Ensure new associates are assigned a “Buddy”

  Assist warehouse with operational and employee relations support

  Background:

  As an Employee Ambassador,  you have:

  3-5 years-experience within Human Resources or related role.

  Solid communication skills (verbal and written).

  Strong Facilitation Skills

  Time Management Skills

  Relationship-building skills.

  Adaptability skills.

  Intercultural and language sensitivity.

  Results-Oriented.

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

  Basic mathematical skills.

  Problem resolution skills.

  Experience with Workday

  Experience with Kronos

  Bi-lingual preferred

  Reporting Structure:

  Reports to Human Resources

  Dotted line to the Site Managers/General Managers
