　　Job Title: Assembler (Production Worker II)

　　Essential Functions:

　　Gather relevant blueprints; build sheets and necessary parts and hardware for assemblyUse mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to assemble productsTest equipment when necessaryOperation of Overhead Cranes and lifting devicesMaterial Handling and Transportation of ProductPerform quality inspection and fill out necessary paperwork for recordPackage and crate assembled products and load for shipmentPerform other tasks as directedComplies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and proceduresWork Safely and comply with all Health and Safety policies and proceduresUses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as requiredActive involvement in DPS through continuous improvement and kaizen eventsMust be able to work scheduled overtime hoursAssist other departments as assignedSuccessfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training (if applicable)
