Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Create new hire personnel files
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking of sensitive personnel information to include staffing assignments.
facilitation of New Hire Orientation
Provide general correspondence (internal and external) written and verbal
Schedule pre-employment interviews
File HR records
Assist with the setup and execution of planned associate events Create associate and contractor badges using ProWatch
Monitors and assists with incoming telephone calls Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Will be cross-trained as needed in other HR functions
All other duties as assigned.
