　　Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

　　 Create new hire personnel files

　　 Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking of sensitive personnel information to include staffing assignments.

　　 facilitation of New Hire Orientation

　　 Provide general correspondence (internal and external) written and verbal

　　 Schedule pre-employment interviews

　　 File HR records

　　 Assist with the setup and execution of planned associate events  Create associate and contractor badges using ProWatch

　　 Monitors and assists with incoming telephone calls  Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.

　　 Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment.

　　 Follows all company policies and procedures.

　　 Will be cross-trained as needed in other HR functions

　　 All other duties as assigned.
