　　Job Description :

　　The Capital Markets Summer Analyst program provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking and capital markets. Interns will sharpen financial analysis skills, develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients, and gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training. Within each group, Summer Analysts play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients.

　　This position is specifically for our Financial Risk Management Group with the opportunity to interact with other groups and disciplines throughout the investment bank.

　　Financial Risk Management:

　　The Financial Risk Management (FRM) team at Truist is a product-oriented team that focuses on foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity derivatives. The team sits on the private side of the trading floor and interacts daily with bankers, traders, clients, and capital raising partners. The client set covered spans the full spectrum, from small cap to middle market regional clients, as well as from Not-For-Profits to the large cap Fortune 500. FRM analysts assist senior marketers by creating presentation materials, pricing hedge transactions, executing client trades, and providing commentary on current market conditions.

　　The starting hourly wage for this position is $38 - $48.

　　Minimum Requirements :

　　Scheduled graduation of final degree with a BA/BS degree December 2025 or May/June 2026

　　Proven analytical ability and attention to detail

　　Superior written and oral communication skills

　　Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

　　Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or STEM major

　　Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
