  The Opportunity

  Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) business is fast-growing and the leader for B2B marketing experiences. The ABM and Demand Marketing team is looking for a results-oriented, collaborative marketing intern to join our team. We are passionate about leveraging Adobe's own tools to launch personalized marketing campaigns at scale. In this role, you are tasked with managing a marketing program, analyzing performance, developing optimization ideas, and collaborating across teams to increase performance.

  What You'll Do* Help define marketing strategies and plans to successfully execute key business objectives (e.g., research competitors, analyze customer firmographics, determine channel activation, support sales objectives).* Communicate strategies to cross-functional teams (demand marketing, Adobe.com, partners, etc.) and be a key driver to deliver functional plans that are tightly aligned to the global campaign strategy.* Ensure execution and optimization of marketing plans. Take accountability for impact by ensuring key important metrics are met.* Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners across marketing, sales, the business unit.* Respond quickly to requests, work together to identify marketing problems, and communicate regularly with extended team.

  What You Need to Succeed* Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or equivalent field graduating between December 2023 - June 2024* Relevant marketing experience preferred (on-or-off campus; either through academic clubs, volunteer experiences, or part-time jobs)* Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September* Ability to operate in a dynamic environment* Hardworking and willing to learn more with a growth approach* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels* High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns* Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead time effectivelyOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
