Finance is:

　　The guardian and communicator of key financial information and controls for Citi, serving both an internal and external client base.

　　The driver of franchise-level decisions on capital planning, liquidity, budgeting, tax, strategic direction and policy management.

　　A critical business partner to each Global Product, Region, and Discipline, providing the data and analysis to enable Citi's leaders to make sound decisions in support of the business' objectives.

　　Citi is looking for Financial Analyst ( FA) to join Finance in Costa Rica.

　　As part of the Finance function, your work can make an immediate impact. Finance is comprised of various disciplines, including Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Investor Relations, Capital Planning, Strategy, and M&A, Analysts will have the opportunity to work in a project from one of these areas according to the business & country needs.

　　The FA program offers two one-year rotations and upon successful completion, an off-program placement in Citi Finance. In both rotations FAs will have an opportunity to broaden skill sets, develop analytical skills, increase knowledge in different disciplines build professional networks and leadership capabilities.

　　Success in the FA program is a solid first step towards a successful career at Citi. Throughout the program, FAs will accelerate their learning and contribute to Finance priorities by gaining experiences through rotations and placements.

　　FAs are placed in a specific role within one of the Finance disciplines, according to projects and business needs.For prior Interns, the rotation is typically in a new discipline to maximize development opportunities. During each rotation, FAs will work closely with management teams and are provided the opportunity to add value to Citi through responsibilities including product control, financial closings, and consolidations, developing financial controls, management reporting, planning and analysis, and management of balance sheets and liquidity. The goal for both rotations is to help broaden finance skills, knowledge of the organization and expand networks.

　　Upon successful completion of the program, FAs are considered for off-program placements in Citi Finance according to performance.

　　You are currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar (graduating in June 2022 - June 2024). Master’s degree is a plus.

　　You must possess valid Costa Rica work authorization to be eligible to participate in the Program. Citi will not sponsor any Program participants for employment in CR.

　　You are bilingual Spanish and English (Advanced English level)

　　You are creative in solving problems and are intellectually curious.
