MUST HAVE : FL Medicaid experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

QNXT Benefit Configuration background and management exp specific toQNXT Benefit Configuration-(Front End )Experience with QNXT migration or implementationsActual exp designing benefits.May have started as an Analyst and moved into management.Exp with Commercial Benefit ConfigurationExperience managing/leading a team (hiring, turnover, being anescalation point)Exp leading over effort (looking at things high level, attendingmeetings, making schedules, management reports, etcEnd to End Claims processing Knowledge.Good experience with SQL QueriesManagement of people and dealing with escalation and turn over.Leads over the efforts; Manager role, would look at things highlevel and attending meetings, pay attention to schedule.Work with resources is they have questions with stuff.Ensure in testing phase, things going well, putting togethermanagement reports. Management, coordination, good working withother people.
