As a Workday Senior Consultant specializing in the Compensation module in our HCAS AMS Operate practice, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of their compensation strategies within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. You should expect to be involved in the following:
Lead end-end implementation of the Workday Compensation module
Collaborate with clients to understand their compensation requirements and objectives
Conduct workshops and gather business requirements related to compensation programs
Engage with clients in strategic discussions about optimizing Compensation practices and aligning them with broader business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration with other Workday modules.
Possess a deep understanding of Workday's Job Architecture, including Job Profiles, Compensation Grade Structures and Grade Profiles.
Should have strong experience in configuring advanced features within Workday Compensation module, such as Merit Planning, Incentive Compensation and Equity Awards.
Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday Compensation module.
Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation modules, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimization.
Serve as Workday Compensation - Subject Master Expert for other Workday post-production engagements to continuously assess and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of Compensation processes.
Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in Workday Compensation configuration/integrations, if not have worked/working with end client managing Workday Compensation system
Minimum of 4+ years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system Experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point
