You’ll work alongside local and regional thought leaders, subject matter experts, professional engineers, and designers, gaining exposure to, water resources planning & management, climate resilience, project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and so much more.

　　Here’s what you’ll need :

　　In pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, Environmental with a focus on Water Resources, Wastewater, or Stormwater in an accredited program

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

　　Working hybrid (in the San Diego office a minimum 2 days per week)

　　Ideally, you’ll also have:

　　3.0 GPA

　　A previous internship, teaching assistance, or research related to water/wastewater.

　　Understanding of water resources, climate change and resiliency, with knowledge of hydrologic & hydraulic modeling.

　　Programming coding and GIS skills are preferred.

　　Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs.

　　Self-driven time management and organizational skills

　　Have or are working towards an engineer-in-training (EIT) certification.

　　The base salary range for this position is $25.60 to $28.60 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
