  We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Water ANZ business for our New Zealand Section Leader - Water Infrastructure .

  We are seeking a dynamic and visible Section Leader ready to contribute to the success of our award winning team. You'll not only steer internal efforts but also actively connect with clients, understanding their needs, fostering relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. You’ll take on a pivotal role in our client-centric approach, driving integration and collaboration across your team to ensure greater market share and enhanced operational performance. Your ability to inspire and lead teams will be instrumental in unlocking our full potential.

  This role can be located in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

  What type of leader will you be?

  Develop and articulate a clear vision for the future of your section, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices.

  Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team to execute the vision, fostering innovation and creativity.

  Support your Section to be engaged, resilient and adaptable, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions.

  Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team to stay ahead of the technological curve.

  You will support your Section to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.
