This client is kicking off an initiative to migrate from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions). They need a consultant with ideally 3+ years of functional Dimensions experience. They are in the process of selecting the System Implementation partner that will assist them with this effort. This consultant will work very closely with the internal HR IT team, the business users being impacted, and the System Implementation partner. The project is 1 year+. This role will partner with key stakeholders to define timekeeping business requirements, participate in system design sessions, support configuration of the tool, actively participate in testing and support the change management and rollout strategies of the program. As part of the migration to the new tool older physical timeclocks will be replaced. The new timekeeping system will be integrated with Workday HCM and Workday US Payroll. The role reports to the Director of Time and Labor. Exp integrating Dimensions into Workday is highly preferred. The scope of the project includes implementing modern timekeeping software and physical timeclock solution for approximately 15,000 employees who are located in the US.
The Sr Business Analyst- HRTS Implementation is a business analyst role participating in a full life cycle system implementation migrating from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions). This functional role will partner with key stakeholders to define timekeeping business requirements, participate in system design sessions, support configuration of the tool, actively participate in testing and support the change management and rollout strategies of the program. We need someone that has functional Implementation experience specifically on implementing UKG/Kronos Dimensions AKA Pro WFM.A plus would be if they had experience implementing UKG/Kronos Dimensions AKA Pro WFM while the business was using Workday for their HCM/Payroll system.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop critical working relationships with internal business owners and key stakeholders to understand and document enterprise timekeeping business requirements; participate in the program as a timekeeping SME representing the identified business stakeholders
Act as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with key business users in all aspects of analysis, design, testing, and deployment for system integration with Workday. Understand current state processes and identify opportunities for improving systems and processes with the new tool
Understand the end-to-end integration design between Workday HCM / US Payroll and UKG Dimensions and any other downstream systems
Support configuration of the tool by CEI technology partners
Develop test cases to be conducted during system testing and user acceptance testing phases
Active participant in system testing; execute defined test cases and document test results; retest as necessary
Participate in Parallel testing efforts and work to identify, and resolve discrepancies
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key business stakeholders
Work with the Training team to develop and roll out end user training materials for the new solution
Support communication/change management and deployment / cutover activities for the project
Provide Hypercare support
Job Requirements:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education
UKG Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions Time & Attendance implementation experience
Experience implementing all Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Dimensions
6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in the HR and/or Shared Services environment
3+ years experience with Dimensions, Workday or other leading HCM solutions
Experience implementing GeoLocation & GeoFencing
Transitioning Accruals from Workday to UKG Dimensions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work with team members across divisions.
Ability to drill down into the detail processes for associated UKG Dimensions functional areas.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
Strong analytical and time management skills, effectively managing workflow and timelines
Proficient reporting and computing skills in a PC environment (Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint)
Preferred:
Understands project management tools and processes, and how to work effectively as part of a complex delivery team
Experience with Boomi, APIs, and CRTs
Workday HCM/Payroll experience
Piece and Flag / Activities Module experience
