WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Kansas Board of Trustees is an instrumental part of our work inKansas and the Trustee Liaison is their primary point of contact. TheTrustee Liaison will plan and execute at least three annual boardmeetings, two of which include field trips, and will help organize otherboard events as needed. They will build relationships with trustees,update trustees by creating regular communications such as newslettersand through other methods as needed, support trustee committees, and actas the primary contact for the Conservancy\'s Trustee Liaison Network.
The Trustee Liaison will be responsible for a variety of administrativetasks to support the Kansas State Director (Director), which includearranging travel, managing schedules and calendars, communicating onbehalf of the Director with a variety of people, processing expenses,planning meetings, and coordinating special events. They willcommunicate on behalf of the Director with staff in various programsacross the Conservancy, as well as with donors, vendors, and businesspartners. They will effectively communicate or distribute information toassist staff in making decisions, solving problems, and improvingworkflow. They will perform administrative functions for other programswithin the Kansas Business Unit, as required.

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING
Bachelor\'s degree and 2 years\' experience or equivalent combination.
Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meetdeadlines.
Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range ofpeople.
