　　As an innovative company, we are constantly looking for new innovations and technologies that we can either integrate directly into our products or use for their manufacture. To this end, you will carry out technology comparisons, evaluate innovations and derive recommendations for action for the steam turbine + generator business (STG). Cooperation with research partners and external companies is a central field of work. For STG, you will be responsible for targeted technology development, strategic orientation, and collaboration with national and international research partners.

　　How You’ll Make an Impact

　　Technical and commercial implementation of technology comparisons for the STG portfolio and for its execution

　　Screening and evaluation of innovations

　　Development of recommendations for action for the technological development of the STG business

　　Project management of technology development projects from initiation till final execution

　　Cooperation with national / international research partners

　　Interdisciplinary cooperation with all STG locations in the introduction of new technologies

　　What You Bring

　　10-15 years of experience in project management of R&D programs in Energy field and passion for innovation and technology development

　　Excellent project management skills with proven track record of completing interdisciplinary research and development projects in global environment.

　　Excellent technical know-how of steam turbine sets and Energy transition initiatives.

　　Experience in the field of funding acquisition and cooperation with external research partners

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　B. Tech. / M. Tech. from IIT’s and other premier institutes are preferred.
