  Job Summary

  As part of our Global Project Operations team supporting deployment of HR and Finance Systems and Services to large and medium size organizations, the User Adoption Specialist – Smartsheet’s primary responsibility is to improve the adoption of Smartsheet across our Payroll and Professional Services teams.

  Your primary responsibility is to improve user knowledge and skills across our user base so that users are more proficient and hence productive in their use of Smartsheet.

  This new role will involve:

  Developing and implementing strategies for effective adoption of Smartsheet across the organization

  Designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for users at various skill levels.

  Creating training materials, including guides, and multimedia presentations, to facilitate effective learning

  Managing MS Teams forums for Smartsheet users to receive information and interact together

  Customizing training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different departments within the organization.

  Deliver training to new users on Smartsheet core and advanced apps

  Understanding new Smartsheet features then communicating, training these to users and updating training materials as required

  As a member of our Smartsheet change board, evaluate the impact of changes and prepare appropriate change strategies to maximize user adoption of changes

  Collecting feedback from users to continuously improve training programs and change management processes and address any additional user needs

  Creating and maintaining FAQs for common Smartsheet queries

  Organizing regular live forums and “open hours” sessions for users to connect with each other and Smartsheet experts to stay informed and receive support

  Building a strong relationship with Smartsheet’s learning and development team to maximize our use of Smartsheet’s learning and adoption offerings

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience

  Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies

  ESSENTIAL

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

  Advanced Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

  Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs

  Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience

  Understanding of Project Management lifecycle, processes and tools –

  Excellent spoken and written communication skills

  Fluent English skills (C1 at minimum if not a native speaker)

  Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

  PREFERRED (but not Essential)

  Change Management certification e.g. PROSCI

  Smartsheet Certified in Core and Premium Apps

  Experience of using Smartsheet, whilst helpful, is not essential for this role as full training will be provided

  Work Experience

  ESSENTIAL

  Experience of improving user adoption of software across a global business

  Experience of structured change management including impact analysis, creating communication and training strategies and plans

  Experience working in a virtual team-oriented, collaborative, multinational environment

  Experience working in busy environments balancing multiple tasks
