About the Role
Location: Ljubljana, Mengeš #LI-Hybrid
We are seeking a Training and Learning Operations Expert to help us operationally support T&L activities across defined scope within Novartis Technical Operations (NTO), to ensure compliance and enhance access to learning for associates in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the in-scope training matrix.
• Defining system set-up and coordinate appropriate learning management system maintenance for all in-scope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments, etc) with the LMS administrators.
• Managing all in-scope reporting requirements.
• Communicating appropriately on availability of learning content, to support the curiosity and growth of NTO associates.
• Managing local learning events for the NTO Operations Hubs; support local learning events on in-scope sites.).

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• University degree in Life Sciences, Behavioural or Educational Sciences.
• Work experience in education, human resource or similar fields.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of German language.
• Good communication skills, proactivity, self-initiative and ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
Desirable Requirements:
• Experiences in Pharmaceutical industry are an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP is an advantage.
We offer permanent employment, with 6 months of probation period.
