This position is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day creations andimplementations related to the training program; overseeing thedevelopment of careers; setting performance metrics; evaluatingproductivity; helping workers create long-term career plans within anorganization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops, implements, and monitors training programs within anorganization.
Supervises technical training for staff.
Conducts orientation sessions and yearly training kick off.
Creates brochures and training materials specific to life development,safety, and personal growth.
Develops multimedia visual aids and presentations for weekly trainingseminars.
Creates testing and evaluation processes for weekly training seminars.
Oversees all payroll functions for the landscape business.
Prepares and implements training budget.
Evaluates needs of company and plans training programs accordingly.
Conducts performance evaluations and oversee all performance evaluationsfrom other managers.
Provides classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training,meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Manages staff of classroom facilitators or trainee developers.
Provides performance feedback.
Conducts continuing education training for self and other managers inregard to trainee development.
Provides leadership development education to all trainees and staff.
Builds solid cross-functional relationships with other industries tocross promote our business.
Provides logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation,process measurements, and cost management.
