About Tier 2 Support

  Description

  Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tier 2 Support for a remote contract role with one of our top national clients.Summary:We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and assist in support for internal applications, handle calls and get tickets opened and moved over to right team or escalate to vendors. The role consists of a mix of account creation, random tickets that they will need to investigate and then either triage and troubleshoot or send to the appropriate vendor.This is a Monday through Friday role with some potential for overnight support 1-2 nights per week when covering outages or doing planned overnight maintenance. Maintenance and testing are handled during outages. T-W-Th maintenance. 1 to 2 days a week from 10 pm to 5 am. The regular normal hours are 8-5pm when not covering an overnight. The role will be supporting PST hours.

  Requirements

  1-2 years of experience with customer service/helpdesk 1-2 years of experience with Troubleshooting/IT support 1-2 years of experience with ticketing support, preferably ServiceNow

  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

  Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
