Our client, in the Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join their team. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will work closely with the Global Infrastructure Product Owner supporting various business needs and gathering business requirement to deliver to Enterprise Voice Engineers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge working with DevOps and in an Agile environment.
Job Title: Telecommunications Engineer
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN (hybrid 2 days on site)
Pay Range: $40-50/hour
What’s the Job?
The role is a combination of the following:
Telecom Analyst:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of an enterprise voice system including but not limited to procedures, configurations, etc.
Telecom Business Analyst:Deep understanding of telecom processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Telecom End-User Trainer:Responsible for designing and delivering training focused on telecommunication technology, systems, and processes.
What’s Needed?
Experience with MS Teams Voice/ Phone but overall Telephony experience
Ability to gather use cases and/or business requirements
Create documentation related to MS Teams Voice/ Phone platform
MS Teams certifications are a nice to have
