  Position Summary

  The Senior Technical Project Manager will bring a breadth of experience and become a valuable contributing member of the Production Support Team, not just a task driver and status provider.

  The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, RPA experience and solution delivery skills. The RPA Technical Project Manager will lead major production support projects through delivery while capturing the projects full impact and value.

  Required Qualifications

  8+ years ‘of experience in Technical Project management

  3-4 years of RPA Project Management (Automation Anywhere and UiPath)

  Detailed understanding of the SDLC

  Deliver Projects in a timely manner

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Innovative, conceptual, and analytical thinking.

  Team leader acumen comfortable working collaboratively with others.

  Flexible to handle change and concurrently manage multiple priorities

  Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology, ideas, and issues with peers and management

  Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional organizations. Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutions

  Preferred Qualifications

  Being certified as a Scrum Master.

  Experience providing direction to implement and maintain best practices and best in class.

  Experience introducing and enforcing standards

  Education

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

  PMP Certified.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $60,300.00 - $132,600.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits. Eligible employees may enroll in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.
