What's the role?

　　As a Technical Product Manager focused on developing Supply Chain Intelligence for HERE Technologies, you will be sitting across the table from our strategic customers to learn their pain points relevant to our supply chain offerings and capabilities. You will position HERE Supply Chain Intelligence offerings to address the customers' pain points. You also will look for opportunities to attach HERE Location, Mapping and automotive offerings while collaborating with cross-functional team members from other business units. 

　　You have been academically and professionally trained to: 

　　Drive strategic engagements with high profile customersDefine and align product requirements and acceptance criteria with business and customer needs to deliver a highly competitive product.Engage closely with the engineering teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.Understand and document high level business requirements into technical specifications.Turn a conversation into proof of concept projects and customer wins. Think on your feet to find relevance to customers' use-casesAble to do Market Analysis, Competitive Landscaping via self-driven researchAble to build and tell a compelling story while maintaining attention of your audienceWork backward from customer requirements and pain-points to build products and services applicable to customers at scale

　　You are an expert of utilizing cross-functional resources available to you within and outside the company.You are able to work backward from a customer problem, build a solution, document requirements, drive engineering to build a quick experiment to validate your assumptions, validate your approach with customer(s) to ensure relevance, and turn the engagement into products and offerings applicable to use-cases at scale.You have the capability to manage multiple high-profile customer engagements, work in non-structured environment, while enabling account teams to drive the customer engagements forward.In Depth understanding of technical systems and architectureDemonstrated history of strong customer focus and empathyDemonstrated ability of translating business requirements into technical specs/storiesYou have a strong technical and business background.
