In this role, you will...be responsible to animate and lead the Implementation Committee for the vaccines under her/his responsibility, managing global cross functional teams and she/he is also involved in the Technical Life Cycle Team (TLCT).ensure continuous exchange of knowledge between the within GIO & Quality network.lead multidisciplinary task force, single and multiple complex projects, continuous improvement projects according to GSK Vaccines standards in an efficient, timely and cost-efficient way.bring technical support to resolution of transversal/critical deviationsupport the preparation and update of the Technical Lifecycle Plan (TLCP) for the vaccine or processes under his/her responsibility.to guarantee the definition and follow up of the implementation strategies of variation/changes (tell&do changes), in order to ensure geographic expansion, supply continuity in the market in all countries, keeping alignment with the Life Cycle Management plan owned by Global product team (GPLT)to support the Technical Life Cycle Team (TLCT) and the preparation of the technical life cycle plan (TLCP) for specific products She/ he can act as a back-up of the TLCT leader.Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Significant applicable experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and / or experience in QA, QC, TRD within a biological environmentAdvanced degree in process engineering sciences, and/or academic level in life sciences in general (biology, biomedical science, pharmacist, chemistry).Proven experience in project managementExcellent understanding of the framework within which a pharmaceutical product has to be maintainedPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Proven Track record in problem solving and global project managementGood skills in project management, change management and team/meeting facilitationAbility to plan, manage and lead cross-functional teams (matrix leadership) and projects to obtain desired business objectivesGood interpersonal communication and negotiation skillsTrans-cultural experience and proven ability to work in a complex and multi-cultural environmentJob posting end date: 9.01.2024
