  The Technical & Clinical, Associate Support Specialist plays a key role in providing Clinical and Technical Support of Stryker Enabling Technology products.

  Your main responsibilities will involve maintaining a professional and financially successful repair, preventive maintenance, and clinical support service for Stryker products, all while adhering to quality system standards and manufacturer specifications.

  In addition, you will assist in new installations, provide technical and clinical guidance to customers, and collaborate closely with the first-line support team, clinical specialists, customers, and Technical Service Teams.

  What You Will Do:

  Foster and strengthen team relationships through active engagement and contribution.Provide support for the EU Enabling Technology portfolio, encompassing technical service, clinical support, and sales teams.Deliver technical service for our mobile CT device, which includes installations, preventative maintenance, and routine troubleshooting.Provide On-site Clinical Support to customers including customer trainings, user optimization and case support.Meet service contract requirements by performing scheduled maintenance activities punctually and responding efficiently to service requests.Assist regional sales teams during European conventions and trade shows.Address customer inquiries and requests by investigating and resolving issues in alignment with established policies and procedures.Effectively engage with customers to grasp their problems and troubleshoot issues comprehensively.Gather relevant system and diagnostic information for escalation to technical service groups.Enhance clinical outcomes by offering assistance and ensuring correct and efficient product utilization.Conduct pre-sales site visits to verify site readiness before system installation.Actively contribute feedback for product and process improvements.Uphold high-quality work standards within the scope of your responsibilities.

  What You Need:

  Technical degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar experience/educationFull Driver's LicenseFluency in both spoken and written English & ItalianExperience with analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills preferredExperience responding to customer concern preferredExperience in operating theatre / clinical settings a plusTechnical repair experience a plus.Experience working as a team and individuallyTeam oriented.Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a high paced environment.Good organizational and planning competence: task prioritization, effective time managementUnderstanding of troubleshooting methodologies and principlesEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to follow technical documentation and proceduresAbility to think independently, use sound judgment, and prioritizeWillingness to travel within the region (up to 80% of the time) at short noticeMust possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environmentQuality-orientated mindsetAbility to adapt to change at short notice.
