We are seeking a Task and Correspondence Analyst to support a DoD Program.
Successful candidate will:Manage and track internal and external taskers assigned to or created by the organization using multiple collaboration SharePoint sites (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), and SharePoint) in a timely mannerManage the ETMS2 platform: develop and brief internal processes, and streamline as requiredAdvise senior leads on all administrative and correspondence tasker status including congressional responsesDevelop documents for various levels of senior leadershipDiscern tasker requirements to properly assign to appropriate points of contact for actionEdit materials for format using the DoD Manual for all senior level endorsementsDevelop materials and conduct annual Action Officer trainingFacilitate briefings and lead various meetingsProduce relevant daily and ad hoc reports as requested by the client(s)Other duties as assigned
Requirements include:Familiarity with the DoD Manual for Written Material: Correspondence Management.Self-starter and requires low supervision.Extensive administrative knowledge, clear verbal communication, and attention-to-detail.A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a professional administrative environment.Minimal travel to the Pentagon.Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.
