  We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer in a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience. This program delivers Enterprise Computing engineering services with modern technology solutions with that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. As a mission-focused Systems Engineer that solve problems on the program, you will be expected to: Recognize the issue(s), Identify the facts, Define additional data that would be helpful, Make assumptions as necessary, Determine alternative approaches, Evaluate alternatives, Make recommendations, Alter assumptions and rework solutions, and Reflect on lessons learned.

  Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  We are actively seeking experienced Systems Engineers with a minimum of 11 years' experience, A Bachelor's or Master s Degree are preferred. Windows Engineer will support multiple domains with a 1000 users load on each network.

  Duties of this position will focus on the use of IBM's Aspera. The successful candidate will need to be a proactive self-starter requiring minimal supervision who can monitor existing infrastructure, identify and coordinate implementation changes to address problems or engineering changes with little to no impact to the end users. The candidate will be responsible for managing the customer s patch deployment infrastructure across multiple domains as well as training both customer and contractor personnel in the process. The candidate will play a vital role in researching and engineering a new system to manage the distribution of updates and hotfixes across domains.

  The candidate must have demonstrated engineering and support experience with the software product suites working, configuring, deploying, and maintaining to the enterprise. Demonstrated experience with building and configuring programs for enterprise security continuous monitoring and cyber security incident response and management.

  Have extensive experience in systems engineering, application deployment, and AWS, Windows and Linux operating environments. Must be familiar with working in an agile environment and skilled in some form of scripting, and possess technical problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

  Engineers will support manual and automated testing to identify software problems and their causes in an agile scrum sprint development environment. Candidates must have experience in automation tool(s) and scripting, hands on experience with test tools. Engineers must have the ability to translate customer and systems requirements into test cases in a Linux, Windows, AWS, Java, and scripting environment.

  Strong Engineering experience using the latest virtual or published desktop technologies:

  Required skills:

  Experience with IBM Aspera

  Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge and hands on expertise across various enclaved environments

  Demonstration of Tier3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting skills

  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

  Candidate must be able to work independently or with a team

  Candidate must have the ability to adjust and learn new technologies

  Experience writing Enterprise level technical standards documentation and diagrams

  Strong customer service skills

  Pay Information

  Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

  Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
