　　Robert Half currently has a number of clients in the area who are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join their dynamic IT team. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and managing our organization's computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　System Maintenance:

　　Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates, patch management, and regular system backups to ensure stability and security.

　　Server Administration:

　　Manage and maintain server hardware and software, including expertise in Windows Server, Linux, or other relevant operating systems.

　　Network Management:

　　Oversee network infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and reliability, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

　　Security Monitoring:

　　Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard systems and data, detect and respond to security breaches, and conduct regular security audits.

　　User Support:

　　Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with system-related issues, troubleshooting, and offering guidance on best practices.

　　Documentation:

　　Maintain detailed records of system configurations, changes, and updates to facilitate system troubleshooting and auditing.

　　Capacity Planning:

　　Assess system performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to meet organizational needs.

　　Backup and Disaster Recovery:

　　Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and continuity of operations.

　　Vendor Collaboration:

　　Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure timely procurement of hardware and software, and manage vendor relationships.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.

　　Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.

　　Experience with network administration and security protocols.

　　Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.

　　Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
