How will you make an impact?

Apply troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions to our customers' individual needs.

Learn and use new technologies.

Build partnerships at all levels of the organization to analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Together with business community, help to identify business value and to prioritize requirements according to expected business benefits.

Collaborate with developers and subject authorities to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs and define concepts under direction of project leaders.

Prepare and implement test plans, communication and training to end users for new functionality.

Ability to automate processes and procedures for new technical environments.

Education Experience

Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field of study, or equivalent experience

3-5+ years of professional experience in a multi-layered environment with a main focus with structured and unstructured technical services.

Experience with Windows server, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL Server, NetApp.

Experience with ETL tools, SQL language and interface technologies.

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Understanding of project management lifecycle, including Agile methodology.

Experience with change management iincluding operational and user documentation n a regulated business (medical devices).

Experience with performance tuning, tackle, high availability and disaster recovery.

Experience with IT security (Active Directory, databases, firewalls).
