Description We are offering a contract to permanent permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the Motor Freight Forwarder industry, located in Johns Creek, Georgia. The successful candidate will be tasked with the management and troubleshooting of O365 services, as well as providing guidance to the support team to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the functions of O365 services including Teams, Outlook, Azure, and EntraID • Develop and implement automation scripts utilizing PowerShell • Undertake the responsibility of patch management and system updates support • Optimize the use of O365 features through exploration and expansion • Guide and mentor the support team to achieve a high level of service delivery • Administer troubleshooting techniques for effective problem resolution. Requirements • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in the Freight Forwarding industry

• Proficient with Azure Active Directory and its administration

• Expertise in Office 365 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of PowerShell and PowerShell Scripting

• Demonstrated experience with Intune for mobile device management

• Familiarity with OneDrive for business and its administration

• Proficient in managing and administering SharePoint

• Experience with Exchange Server management

• Ability to provide technical support for Outlook users

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
