　　We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

　　As Senior Process Engineer you will be the reference point for Surface modification processes like barreling and polishing. Here some responsibilities you will have:

　　Work on Surface modification processes in order to solve issues and perform process improvements

　　Define and work on technological roadmaps for surface modification processes

　　Collaborate with suppliers for new process introduction

　　Actively collaborate to process standardization across the whole organization, globally

　　Identify and execute cost savings initiatives

　　Act as a consultant for surface related topic for all other specialist internally in the team or even externally across the organization

　　Support surface modification processes improvements and initiatives

　　You have an educational background in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.

　　You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done

　　You have strong facilitation and communication skills
