If you are interested in this role, Apply Today!Job Description:Job ResponsibilitiesAn individual in this role will be responsible to ensure all operating equipment is safe, functional, and effective. A successful individual in this role will be able to equally troubleshoot both hardware and software related issues with limited guidance and documentation. Hardware in this situation is specifically relating to removing and replacing components/sub-components, completing hardware inspections for operational readiness, utilizing a variety of tools (multi-meters, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, extractor bits, etc.), completing adhesive/bonding preparation and work on a variety of different materials, and understanding general best practices when it comes to troubleshooting and identifying root cause. Software in this situation is specifically relating to an ability to utilize and have a user level understanding of command line interface and what information is being communicated to the user from a variety of different computer modules, Ubuntu/Linux, and general PC level troubleshooting.This individual should be able to understand maintenance documentation as well as engineering drawings and computer models.- 3-6 years of maintenance, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience.- Strong ability to complete hands on maintenance tasks across various platforms with limited guidance.- Ability to read and understand maintenance documentation and common language used in maintenance practices.- Ability to systematically troubleshoot and root cause faults.- Ability to escalate concerns to partner teams/management.- Flexibility and adaptability when in relation to operating hours.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Insist on the highest standards from self and others.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.This role will require a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) as the individual may need to drive an Client vehicle to support operations.This role supports an operations-based team.
