Responsibilities This position is a mission critical occupation and is responsible for ensuring that operational and fiscal activities align with and enable accomplishment of Health Resources and Services Administration's mission, goals and objectives. As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will serve as a Branch Chief and providing expert advice and mastery of highly advanced management and organization skills. Your major duties and responsibilities include: Supervising, coordinating, evaluating, and directing work performed by subordinate staff. Developing and analyzing new or modifying program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives. Evaluating and advising on staffing and organization structures, methods, and procedures. Representing the Division and interacting with decision-makers and high-level persons within the Federal, State, and local structure, as well as officials of private sector organizations. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFYING SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, an applicant's one full year of specialized experience must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful job performance. To qualify for this position at the GS-14 level, your resume must clearly demonstrate that you have one full year of the minimum qualifying specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to at least the GS-13 level in the federal service. Providing direct consultation to program administrators and managers concerning programmatic regulations, guidance, and procedures.
