Summary About the Position: Serves as the Supervisor for five facility support assistants in the Army University (ArmyU) performing facilities management, maintenance, personnel security, physical security, safety, energy conservation and environmental compliance programs for nine separate large campus buildings and adjacent areas covered within the AmyU footprint at Fort Leavenworth. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Facility Support Assistant, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Schedules shifts, training, teaching, counseling, performance reviews, and development plans for the employees. Maintains Internet based personnel security and access control databases for faculty, support staff, students and contractor personnel. Ensures entries in databases are current, accurate and contains up-to-date access control information. Implements building access restrictions as required and ensures controls comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, and the Provost's guidance. Performs periodic inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with maintenance, physical security, safety, energy conservation, and environmental regulations, guidelines and directives. Provides security and maintains situational awareness for a variety of Garrison and CAC special events. Prepares incident reports and conducts fact finding investigations for occurrences of breach of security, safety violations, or other extraordinary occurrences. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18.
