  Supervisor Billing and Collections Remote - Day Shift, M-F 6AM - 6PM

  The Supervisor, Billing and Follow Up - Regulatory has direct operational accountability for billing and follow up for regulatory payers, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care plan and all service lines of business, across all Swedish acute ministries, including critical access hospitals, rural health clinics, provider based clinics and hospital based profee billing, including specialty service lines but are not limited to Clients, Third Party Liability, Behavioral Health, Research, and Global/Bundle arrangements. Coordinating with Payors and external partners to promote denial prevention and ensure steady incoming cash. This role assists in developing and executing a strategic plan to accomplish the goals for the Regulatory Lines of Business, in partnership with the leaders of Providence RCS Services.

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Management, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:

  4 years related experience in healthcare, revenue cycle or finance.

  3 years leadership experience

  The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
