We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.What It's LikeWe are looking for a communications and content creator with a writing and video background. The perfect candidate will flex their creative muscle through brainstorming relevant, engaging, and unique content ideas that will deliver information to our frontline and inspire change in behavior and authentic engagement. You will lean into your video editing skills to design ongoing creative communications with the intention of engaging our internal T-Mobile for Business employees. This person will be focusing on short-form communications - similar to what is found on popular social media apps and video platforms. This role lives within our Internal Communications team in T-Mobile for Business.What You'll DoYour biggest project will be finding creative ways to present our internal communications to our T-Mobile for Business Frontline - videos, podcasts, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesRole & High-level ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and write for internal communications campaigns for T-Mobile for Business frontline teams.Track, evaluate, and improve for future versioning.Work closely with the Communications team to incorporate marketing, leadership requests, and social-style engagement into the communications plans.Consult with and guide leadership on platform recommendations and engagement opportunities.Work with cross-functional teams to promote communications campaigns and gather feedback on a weekly basis.Plan, execute, and manage end-user focus groups.Work from assigned site during identified business hours.Other SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable on camera! The ideal candidate will help us determine what right looks like for social media-style communications efforts. This person must be dynamic on camera - verbally articulate, have a brand presence, and engaging.Understand the global social media landscape and how to apply to the unique character of TFB frontline employees.Identify and brainstorm new and relevant creative approaches.Understand today's social media platforms while using internal T-Mobile systems & toolsTechnically proficient in smartphone lighting, cameras, etc. for use in video recording for social media style production.Basic Project management and planning skills.Ability to lead a project with guidance.Collaborate with internal (legal, PR, etc) teams to align on messaging, approvals, goal alignment, etc.Ability to work within a collaborative environment demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a
