  KPMG is currently seeking a SuccessFactors Technical Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

  Responsibilities:Provide configuration and support for the SuccessFactors designated processes (Succession Planning, Performance Development and Employee Central)Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and replicate incidents to develop coding resolutionsLead the business processes supported by the platform and provide innovative solutions to issues and enhancements; create and manage cutover checklists and plansHandle multi-module deployments and work with multiple implementation partners and teamsMaintain and develop integrations from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors BizXManage the SuccessFactors platform as well as releases and changes being appliedQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience with PeopleSoft and SuccessFactorsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; SuccessFactors certification(s) are preferredExtensive knowledge of Integration Center and extraction of dataFamiliarity with SuccessFactors modules, PeopleSoft HCM, SQR, Application Engine, Application designer, Unix Shell scripting, Batch Job Scheduling and Oracle SQLFamiliarity with Integration Center and custom reporting within SuccessFactorsKnowledge of IAS and IPS environments for SuccessFactors
