You'll serve as a technical expert in areas relevant to the project. Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology. Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area.
You'll also recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency. Creates briefing packages, articles, media, and concept of operations plans in support of the Project Management Office.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
Requires at least five years' Senior level military experience; operational experience among the highest echelons of the military in strategic communications, ceremonies, processes, pomp & circumstance, policy.

$78,700 - $165,300
