• Establish and maintain an effective QMS in SSME AT SCM, responsible for drafting of final inspection procedure, participate/lead SCM SOP reviews, provide SCM SOP consulantation, coach SCM employees with regard to quality awareness, supervise the QMS execution in SCM and report performance to QT management.

　　• Continuously initiate the optimization of SCM SOPs with the aim of quality leadership from effectiveness and efficiency point of view.

　　• Fully responsible for final inspection process, define the acceptance and releasing criterion for AT final products/semi-products/service parts in corresponding final inspection specifications.

　　• Organize and perform the final inspection for AT final products/semi-products/service parts as per the delivery plan, confirm the products releasing with quality, verify the completeness and correctness of the DHR, and issue the quality certificates accordingly.

　　• Act as QT interface to support SCM to introduce new product for manufacturing, support SCM ECO handling and releasing, participate the review of DMR documentation and critical process identification, tools phase in etc.

　　• Participate the SCM NCM handling/approval, incl. rework, concession, deviation, delivery block, and follow-up on SCM CAPA and critical SCARs etc.

　　• Support the internal and external audits on SCM processes and Final inspection.
