Job Description:About the Role

　　An exciting opportunity to join the Financial and Capital Markets (FCM) team within Chemical Market Analytics, supporting and reporting to the FCM lead. You will focus on growing the FCM client revenue base, including the curation and publication of a targeted FCM offering, the Chemical Advisory Service and growing the broader CMA offering to both existing and new logos. You will have regular interaction across the CMA product teams, the dedicated FCM sales people and working with our sister brands within wider Dow Jones, in particular the Wall Street Journal and Barrons, and interaction with our client base. Help with the analysis of the FCM Book of Business, prospect targeting and developing the FCM business strategy are also main aspects of this role.

　　You Will:

　　Curation, preparation, and publication of the monthly issued Chemical Advisory Service (CAS), a product designed specifically for the financial asset management community that has annual revenue c.$300k. Make judgements on what content to include, understanding the needs and interests of our client readership, as well as thinking about the development of the content and structure of the offering, to increase the attractiveness to the target client base. Support and deliver data that clients have as part of their CAS subscription, including pricing, supply/demand data, both via refreshable excel spreadsheets, and management of API feeds. Manage solutions for any client queries especially as it pertains to API and other requests. Facilitate collaboration efforts across the broader Dow Jones organisation, including WSJ, Barrons, CMM and OPIS. Analyze FCM BoB, to allow the full understanding of the revenue trends. Assist the FCM lead in producing "living" Strategy document. Provide FCM sales support through the provision of regular monthly topic based e-mails to assist with client and prospect outreach. Provide FCM sales with "brown-space" analysis to assist in growing subs with existing clients based on company and value chain coverage. Assist in the strategy development to grow business with the strategic Management Consultants. Guide the Circular Plastics Service (CPS) team in positioning content to appeal to the FCM community.

　　You Have:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business or Science related subject. Demonstrable relevant experience. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex content. Advanced skills in Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint and the use of analytical tools such as databases, spreadsheets, process documenting and business intelligence applications. Experience of data visualisation applications, data analysis and data modelling. You should enjoy working with multiple partners across different levels of the business and using multiple in-house systems. An ability to manage and make progress on multiple projects running in parallel, prioritising and using strong organizational and project management skills.
