　　As a Quality Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing.

　　As a Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist, You Create Chemistry By...

　　• Assisting toll manufacturing sites in developing and sustaining effective Quality Management systems

　　• Leading Quality Assurance and Contamination Prevention audits at third party contract manufacturing sites, warehouses, and bulk distribution terminals to ensure compliance with contamination prevention and quality assurance guidelines and standards.

　　• Ensuring resolution for complex non-conformances related to manufacturing and quality assurance with the appropriate internal and external personnel.

　　• Assisting in risk management reviews and identifying relevant mitigation measures

　　• Supporting Quality related activities for new product and product transfer launches at our toll manufacturing sites

　　If you...

　　• Have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, AgroScience or related field and 8+ years' of overall working experience. Degrees in other fields with relevant work experience may be considered.

　　• Have experience with startup of new plants, equipment, and broad knowledge of relevant laboratory analytical instruments.

　　• Have experience in driving resolution for complex issues and non-conformances related to manufacturing and quality.

　　• Have experience in Auditing preferred

　　• Working knowledge of formulation of pesticides a plus

　　• Demonstrated knowledge and use of Quality Management tools

　　BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $107,200 - $147,400. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
