　　10+ years experiences in digital IC implementation including logic synthesis, physical synthesis, floorplan, placement, SI & STA signoffHands-on experience on running 0.13um / 90nm hierarchical, timing driven, SI prevention, low power place-and-route projects a big plusFamiliar with logic synthesis tool (DC or RC/Genus), P&R basic knowledge of ICC or EDI, STA (ETS/Tempus or PrimeTime-SI), Equivalence Checking (LEC or Formality), UPF/CPF conceptKnowledge of Linux and tcl is a mustGood program / engagement management skillEffective team player, willing to learnGood command of English (written or oral)We're doing work that matters.
