This role will support DPS Strategy, Innovation & Deployment across Network & Integration, Supply Chain Compliance and Systems Technology pillars. This role will oversee the strategic business planning and financial cycles in partnership with Finance, manage team execution and governance, advance the team though digital solutions, and will serve as strategic support.
Strong leadership skill with significant transformation business experience is a necessity for this highly visible and influential role. Comprehensive knowledge of process and operational improvement standard methodologies are necessary skills along with an ability to engage talent, strong change management skills, sound judgment and a unique ability to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Finance Cycle In collaboration with SI&D leader, lead Strategic Planning/Business Planning cycles for the SI&D portfolio with Finance. Integration of platform/functional supply chain strategies with the long-range financial plan (LRFP).
Manage monthly reporting metrics and results for capital, expense and value capture across the portfolio in partnership with DPS SC.
Enable the digital advancement of SI&D through the development of tools and with enhanced processes for project management and portfolio execution.
Lead the development and deployment of Quarterly Business Reviews for SI&D, capturing progress toward objectives and delivering value to the organization.
Responsible for SI&D Team Governance and strategic support across the SI&D team and for the SID Leader, leading team meetings, town halls, goals development and key events.
Oversee strategic supplier management and procurement execution across all projects and pillars
Facilitate ideation and reasons for new strategic programs, value capture and supply chain network. Implement key strategic programs, as identified.
Collaborate with DPS SC and Platforms SI&D/PMO for PMO processes, governance and reporting.
Collaborate with partners across MedTech for Book of Work collaboration and management.
Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA preferredExperience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 8 years of related experience required
Project management experience, FPX methodology (or similar project management framework) experience required
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead a cross-functional global teams required
Influencing skills and ability to communicate to Senior Business Leadership
Working knowledge of end to end product supply and distribution, and MRP/ERP systems required
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way. Leading priorities and providing reliable results
Excellent presentation skills
Preferred:
Lean manufacturing and six-sigma methodology experience preferred
Product cost management and budget management preferred
Other:
Up to 25% of travel both domestically and internationally is required
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ 113,000 to $ 195,500
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
