Description We are in search of an ERP Integration Manager to join our team based in Greeley, Colorado, United States. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing support and assistance to users with JDE application issues, as well as offering technical support for various JD Edwards Modules. This includes Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and General Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to users with JDE application issues, ensuring they are recorded and routed through the help desk application.

• Offer technical support for various JD Edwards Modules: Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and General Accounting.

• Conduct technical and functional analysis for each area, making appropriate recommendations.

• Communicate thoroughly with all relevant parties, ensuring all understand the technical and functional aspects of each module.

• Ensure execution of recommendations is carried out in a timely manner.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Configuration Management, Consulting, JDE EnterpriseOne to enhance job performance.

• Continually monitor user issues and feedback to identify potential improvements in the JDE application.

• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for resolving recurring application issues.

• Stay updated with the latest updates and changes in JD Edwards Modules and implement them as required.

• Participate in team meetings and discussions, contributing insights and suggestions for improving application functionality and user experience. Requirements • Proven experience as an ERP Integration Manager or similar role in IT

• Expertise in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and AB Testing

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions and Configuration Management

• Consulting experience is preferred

• Proficiency in JDE EnterpriseOne software

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
