　　We are seeking a Senior Manager to take charge of the ISS Finance Controller role for EMEA. Reporting to ISS ROW Finance Controller, who will provide vital support to the ISS Delivery functions in EMEA for PCSD and MBG, specifically in the areas of Warranty Cost and Tower 1 BMC.

　　These are your detailed responsibilities:

　　•Work closely with the delivery teams in EMEA to drive efficiency in delivery cost and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction, participant in new process set up and review investment returns, etc.

　　•Build a thorough understanding of BMC for Tower 1 Offerings, ensuring effective management and strategy.

　　•Actively support and participate in the ISS Delivery BMS for EMEA, fostering collaboration and driving results.

　　•Lead a team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure team success/growth.

　　•Drive transformation and digitalization within the function, embracing new technologies and innovative strategies.

　　•Collaborate closely with other counter parties (not limited to finance team).

　　Position requirements:

　　•MBA and/or Finance and Accounting degree (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA)

　　•10-15 years of experience on a similar role in an international environment

　　•People management experience

　　•Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills

　　•In house and Big 4 experience

　　•Services knowledge

　　•Strong communication skills – clear strategic communication skills

　　•Analytical, meticulous, and sensitive to numbers

　　•Attention to detail

　　Base gross monthly salary starts from 3700 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 14% of your annual earnings.
