　　Job Description:

　　The Sr Associate, Business Analyst will join a dynamic, fast passed organization and provide financial support and management in a matrixed organization. The analyst will work with business partners throughout the organization to drive financial results, as well as work with the leadership team to identify risks and opportunities to financial goals and plans. This analyst will also be responsible for forecasting, developing and maintaining metrics and charts, and providing explanations to deviation to forecast, which requires advanced excel skills.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Collect data, allocate costs, and prepare reports that augment the company's cost accounting system.

　　Ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures.

　　Gather historical cost data on such activities as material purchases, labor, equipment depreciation, repairs, assembly, operating expenses, etc.

　　Investigate cost structures for new and existing areas of the company.

　　Price new services or products by developing unit costs and projecting expenses.

　　Prepare reports that compare budgets with actual expenses. May prepare existing or projected profitability analyses.

　　Compile and review budgets for corporate or organizational units using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration.

　　Prepare financial plans, monitor implementation of financial policies

　　Qualifications:

　　A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and 0-1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires US citizenship.

　　Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Access, Microsoft Word applications.

　　Must have good communication skills.

　　Must be able to work independently for short durations.

　　Preferred Additional Skills:

　　Soft skills (I.E. Proficient in MS Office, Strong communication…)

　　Experience with SAP

　　Experience with Power BI
