  About the Team:

  The Ads Sales Team provides best-in-class advertising solutions for large brand advertisers.  We are a rapidly growing team of high-energy individuals committed to helping our advertisers to connect with students and teachers. We provide creative ad programs, strategic data insights, and excellent customer service. Our team plays a key part in Quizlet’s success as the ad programs we develop, sell and deliver keep Quizlet free of charge for millions of users around the globe.

  About the Role:

  In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in achieving our client’s campaign objectives. You will be part of our Account Management function working closely with our Account Executives as a key point person for sales communication and campaign executions. The ideal candidate is a true team player and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.

  This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office.

  In this role, you will:Own end-to-end campaigns for key accountsManage client relationships from kickoff calls to campaign reviews, ensuring timely campaign starts, strong performance, and full deliveryCollaborate closely with Ad Operations to launch campaigns, monitor pacing and any discrepancies between first- and third-party reporting, troubleshoot live campaigns, and ensure full deliveryCraft campaign midpoint and wrap-up reports that highlight noteworthy trends, meaningful results, and client metricsWork closely with sellers to paint a picture of what our next campaign could look like based on results and client KPIsOwn and execute first-to-market custom programs, working cross-functionally as neededBuild and evolve processes to reduce costs of program execution going forwardWork with Ads Data Science, Ads PM, and Ad Operations to monitor changes in key metrics, analyze performance trends, and deliver ongoing optimization ideasCollaborate with the pre-sales team to incorporate insights from completed campaigns into strategic media plans and decks for future proposals and sales callsPartners with Accounting and Finance to confirm and recognize monthly ad revenueKeep Account Executives apprised of all key issues and relevant data throughout the campaign process

  What you bring to the table:3-5 years of experience working in the digital media space, ideally for an ad agency, premium publisher, or large brand advertiserFamiliarity with media sales both direct and programmaticDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with clients Creative problem solverDetail-oriented and highly motivatedEnergetic, customer-focused self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitudeAbility to work under tight deadlines and thrive under pressure-filled situationsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, Google Ad Manager, or similar ad serving and reporting systems
