Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a Signal Integrity Specialist to join one of our largest manufacturing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the Signal Integrity Lab. You will be responsible for overseeing technicians and resources for characterizing high-speed interconnects, analyze signal integrity data, and create reports demonstrating interconnect performance in relation to industry standards. You will lead root cause analysis and correction of signal integrity performance failures, perform signal integrity design simulations related to connectors, cables, and pc boards in support of high-speed interconnect product development , and take part in cross-functional new product development teams to provide signal integrity engineering support.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required

　　Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with an understanding of signal integrity, transmission lines, and electromagnetics in a private, public, government or military environment

　　3 years of experience with RF signal integrity measurements in a private, public, government or military environment

　　-Experience with signal integrity and simulation/analysis tools such as Ansys HFSS null
