ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Independent execution of preventive & corrective maintenance at thecustomer's site.Installation & commissioning of cryostat systems including final acceptanceand release of complete products and assemblies according to test andacceptance regulationsPreparation of commissioning protocols and acceptance reportsTechnical training and instruction of customersTroubleshooting and repair of our equipment both as telephone support and atthe customer's siteImplementation and monitoring of technical escalationsProfessional customer communicationResponsible for timely processing, documentation, and control of servicecalls and routine maintenanceActively collaborate with other FormFactor departments - Engineering,R&D, Assembly - to ensure continuous improvement of productsRegular participation in qualification measuresAdherence to all health and safety requirements both internally and duringcustomer service callsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 3-5 years of applicableexperience in a STEM fieldExperience working with or within R&D environments and/or complex orhigh-tech manufacturing a plusDetailed-orientated work and strong problem-solving skillsAccuracy, punctuality, good team, and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and planning skillsGood communication skills in English both verbally and in writingGood knowledge of common MS Office applicationsWillingness to travel required - up to 30%Ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted
The pay range for this role in Boulder, CO is between $77,000 and$101,010. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactormaintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variationsin education, training, skills, relevant work experience, businessneeds and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range basedon the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
