DUTIES: Perform anycombination of light cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms and guestcommon areas in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include cleaningrooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, doing laundry, andvacuuming. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: No experience necessary; will train.SCHEDULE: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shiftsavailable but normally 6am-1pm, 11am-6pm or 3pm-10pm daily. WAGE:Workers will be paid no less than \$19.17 per hour. Workers have theability to earn tips in addition to hourly wage. Overtime hours may beavailable at a rate of \$28.76 per hour. LOCATION(S): 2907 Main Street,Brewster, MA 02631 LODGING: No involuntary deductions will be made fromworker?s pay. Initial transportation to beginthe seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extentnecessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or itscost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employmentperiod. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the workercompletes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.Daily subsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. The employer guarantees tooffer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays ineach 12-week period of the total employment period. 3. The employer willprovide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to perform the job. 4. The employer will use a single work weekfor computing wages starting each Sunday at 12:00am and ending Saturdayat 11:59pm and the employee will be paid biweekly. 5. H-2B workers willbe reimbursed during the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visaprocessing and related costs, except passport costs, by company check.6. Optional, limited, housing options available, first come first servedwhile available, for a fee ranging \$500 to \$700 per month (notdeducted from payroll). 7. The employer will make deductions fromworker\'s paycheck required by law. 8. Employees with more experience,or returning employees, may be offered a higher wage rate. 9. As acondition of employment, the employee H2B and U.S. workers must submitto and successfully pass a pre-hire saliva drug screen. The cost ofwhich will be paid for by the employer. 10. Retention bonus available.
