　　Job Specific Information: This position/Snr.Solutions-Architect worksclosely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the FedExEnterprise to translate FedEx business strategy and initiatives intoactionable strategic roadmaps. The Snr. Solutions Architect will work withStakeholders and Architects to identify and define enterprise capabilities,build out a long-term roadmap, and create SAFe artifacts, IRIS & Sparxdesign documents for the consumption of the teams to execute the initiativeswith a value delivery approach. The position will understand the businessneed, leverages the industry and technology trends, develops the strategicbusiness vision to recommend action plans across FedEx Enterprise and to FedExLeadership. This position works to develop an integrated view of the platformportfolio to enable better prioritization and investment decisions.
