Job Description
Day-to-day, your role includes:
Lead development of a brand social playbook rooted in consumer, brand and social insights. Tasks include:
Build upon an existing brand social strategy
Establish roles for each core social platform for the brand
Create a content strategy for social
Outline platform and creative best practices for brand, UGC and influencer
Establish social benchmarks and measurement
Social process and operations
Lead development of a Community Management Playbook rooted in consumer, brand and social insights. Tasks include:
Community Management principles and approach
Guidance for Engagement scenarios
Crisis Community Management
Process and Operations
Establish credibility as a thought leader on new social media tools, best practices and how organizations are using new tools, in order to gain a rapid competitive (and early adopter) advantage
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
A 4-year degree and 1 to 3 years working in digital and/or communications
Experience living in the social media universe—you’re in-the-know on YouTube, Reddit, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.
Excellent research and writing skills—and the ability to create smart content quickly
A passion for blogging, microblogging and Facebooking – or just creating content in whatever platform you favorite
A strong understanding of marketing strategy, particularly feed marketing
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
Willingness to travel – you’re open to new places, new faces and new idea

“Compensation Range: $73,500 - $115,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
